Proceskonsultation

"PC is a set of activities on the part of the consultant that help the client to perceive, understand, and act upon the process events that occur in the client's environment in order to improve the situation as defined by the client." (Edgar Schein 1988, side 11)

"The core of this model is that the client must be helped to remain "pro-active". (Edgar Schein 1988, side 11)

"the essence of the PC model is to continuously rediagnose and to act accordingly (Edgar Schein 1988, s. 176)

"...The helper focuses from the very beginning on the communication process! (Edgar Schein: "Helping", 2009, side 61)

C. Otto Scharmer kalder Scheins principper for proceskonsultation for "a real parent disciplin for the U-process of presencing, that continues to inspire and influence my work" (Scharmer: "Teori U", 2009)
